I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 24 years experience in the field of psychotherapy and private practice. In addition to my private practice, I also present workshops on various topics. I teach as an adjunct faculty in the Masters program at Stockton University.
My work history includes employment at Atlanticare Behavioral Health, outpatient and child/adolescent unit, Bacharach Institute in the Eating Disorders Center, Atlantic County Special Services School as a consultant and treatment provider and at Stockton College as a presenter for the Child Welfare Program and EAP service provider.
I received my Master’s degree from Rutgers University in 1996. I continued my formal training in a 2 year eco-systemic structural family therapy externship program at the Philadelphia Child Guidance Center. I have attended many workshops and trainings in a variety of areas including trauma, alcohol and substance abuse, eating disorders, childhood behavioral problems, ADHD, ODD, working with teens, depression, anxiety, self esteem, anger management, relationship issues, domestic violence, divorce, and parenting.
